amy winehouse taken to hospital

We haven’t heard much news from Amy Winehouse’s camp recently and we were hoping she was attempting to get her life back on track. But alas, the troubled star was taken to hospital last night over new fears for her health.

The Rehab singer was rushed to The London Clinic after she fell ill on Saturday. It is thought the star is suffering from a chest infection.

Wino underwent a series of scans to make sure the lung disease Emphysema hadn’t returned.

‘Amy is in hospital being checked out for a chest infection. She is not back in rehab. She should be fine and is expected to return home soon,’ said a spokesman for Amy.
