jennifer hudson offers reward for missing nephew
A grief-stricken Jennifer Hudson has offered a $100,00 reward for the safe return of the star’s seven-year-old nephew.
Julian King was reported missing after the actresses’ mother and brother were shot dead in Chicago on Friday.
The oscar-winner actress’ mum Darnell Donerson, 57, and older brother Jason Hudson, 29, were found dead by Jennifer’s sister Julia in Darnell’s home.
Jennifer thanked fans on her MySpace page, writing: ‘Thank you all for your prayers and calls. Please keep praying for our family and that we get Julian King back home safely.
‘If anyone has any information about his whereabouts please contact the authorities immediately.’
Reports from the US say that the boy’s stepfather WIliam Balfour has been taken into custody for questioning.
Jennifer’s publicist has released a statement asking for the family to be given some privacy at this difficult time
