new mum billie piper to stay in hospital

Billie Piper is to stay in hospital for another week following her emergency caesarean on Tuesday.
The Doctor Who star gave birth to her first son, Winston James Fox, at 1am at London’s Portland Hospital after a 26-hour labour.
Her hubby Laurence Fox, who was present at the birth, has said that doctors at the hospital don’t think she is quite ready to check out.
‘The caesarean was quite a major thing,’ said Laurence to the Daily Mirror.
‘She might not be ready to go home for 5 days to a week.’
He added that mum and baby are doing well. Billie’s ex-hubby Chris Evans has already paid the new mum a visit.
