kerry katona admits she’s an alcoholic

Kerry Katona has finally admitted that she is in actual fact, an alcoholic.

The ex-Atomic Kitten star came clean at the weekend revealing that she was diagnosed at The Priory clinic back in 2004.

‘I never admitted it before but this is a battle I face the rest of my life,’ said Kerry.

‘I get through days without a drink but it’s hard.’

Kerry recently denied she had a drinking problem after her shambolic appearance on This Morning which saw her slur her words throughout an interview with presenters Fern and Phil.

Kerry went on to insist she is in ‘control’ of her addiction, adding: ‘I haven’t been to AA because I’m controlling the drink not the other way round.

‘I never promise myself or my family I can beat this addiction, but I’ll try bloody hard.’
