Talk about leaving it to the last minute.

Reports are in that Jackson has managed to avoid coming over to the UK to appear in court after coming to an agreement with Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al Khalifa over allegations that he owed almost £5m.

Now how did we not see that one coming??
