timmy’s tinny tones
Well yes we all know that Timmy Mallet isn’t the greatest singer in the world, you only have to tune into ‘I’m A Celeb…’ to hear that.
But it now appears that he may not have sung on the infamous single he brought out way way back ‘Itsy Bitsy Teeny Weeny Yellow Polka Dot Bikin’.
The single came out in 1990 and only now that Madam…i mean Mr Mallet is back on our TV screens a certain Everton Barnes has come forward to ‘confess’ that he did the vocals and not Timmy.
According to the Sun, the producers thought Timmy was too flat and hence wasn’t good enough.
Basically, do we care??
Erhm no!
But for those too young to remember why Timmy Mallet became famous we have found a clip from his heyday of ‘Wacaday’. Yes you may laugh at it, or would that be the hideous fashion of the day? But it was very, and i mean VERY popular viewing at the time!
