x factor’s laura ‘angry’ over judge’s decision
Laura White has spoken out over her anger at getting the boot on Saturday’s The X Factor.
The singer, who was favourite to win the show, sensationally lost out in the sing off when three judges chose Ruth Lorenzo to stay over her.
‘I’m not going to lie, part of me is angry,’ said Laura to The Sun.
‘I had such amazing comments off the judges and all of a sudden they were taken away. It’s been hard to take in.’
A whopping 21,000 fans have signed an online petition to see the 21-year-old reinstated on the ITV show.
‘It’s absolutely crazy and even though I’m still so upset, it makes me feel wonderful that a lot of people did believe in me,’ adds Laura.
And Laura’s not the only one upset about her departure, mentor Cheryl Cole is reportedly devastated that her act was given the boot.
‘Cheryl is taking it very hard. She’s close to her acts and even invited them for girlie nights in,’ says a source. ‘She’s still in touch with Laura and is supporting her as she plans her future.’
