Simon Cowell has finally spoken out over rumours of the relationsip between munchkin Eoghan and shoeless Diana.

He basically said what everyone really knew all along, that they are two kids in love. Well duh!!!

If watching Eoghan running at full speed onto stage, yanking Diana away from her mic as she was mid flow in her song wasn’t a sure enough sign then what is?

Anyone could have thought it was encouraged!?!

Diana had originally completely dismissed the reports that there was more to the munchkin than just a friend but very quickly then admitted that her relationship with her student boyfriend was over.

So if and when Eoghan leaves on saturday will we see a repeat performance from Diana, tearfully running onto stage as if life was over?

Well, we will just have to tune in to see wont we!
