Celebrity Big Brother 2009 - Ulrika Won! … hang on…
What the hell happened tonight? We’re all completely stunned! Ulrika appeared in every public vote, received the most nominations this series (the only one in double figures) and still managed to win
From day 1, it was a given that Verne Troyer would win, the 2′8″ star from Austin Powers was the cutest thing on TV since that puppy on Blue Peter and has proven himself in his wit, humour and even the night he had a little too much champagne.
Verne however came 4th behind Terry, Coolio and Ulrika… At that moment we all knew it was any one’s game.
Davina admitted that Ulrika was one of the least willing contestants ever, and that’s usually a sure-fire way to get booted out… Having said that, if you remember back to CBB1 with Jack Dee. He not only complained and had many escape attempts foiled but allegedly managed to get half way across the neighbouring Tesco car park before being apprehended by BB security. Jack Dee won the first series so perhaps for the celebrities at least, this is the way to win!
Ulrika was the least favourite inside the house having received 11 nominations in total, but in her defence, she was the most true to herself. Ulrika showed all emotions in moderation and after discussions in the office, we found that actually we knew more about Ulrika and her thoughts than any other housemate. Her 4 children were obviously the most important part of her life, we knew much of her personal life from the tabloids and while she’s not exactly proud of the 4×4 nickname she’s achieved, she accepts it like water off a duck.
Looking at the pattern, perhaps it was also inevitable. Every female in the house was evicted (bar one who walked) leaving Ulrika, and THEN the men started going. Why did it happen in this order? We all want your opinions, please post below.
Ben finished his closing speech to Ulrika at the CBB’09 last supper talking about how happy he was with sharing a bedroom with Ulrika… was this the first time she’s heard this?

I do not have the time to read your blog/ or review but i will provide you with 4 points
1- She must slept with the bosses at channel 4 before going into the house, this might have prompted this result. There is nothing Davina can do other than play along and get her salary to feed her kids.
2- Channel 4 will be finished from this particular episode by the time the truth comes out, big money for who ever that would sell this story. Recession is here so i am jealous already to the person that would blow this scam wide open.
3- Right from the get go till this evening she was declared the winner, her body language tells you that something is not right here.
4- She entered the house to revive her career and she new what she ought to do to win & she did it but what she didn’t know is that here sleeping around with Erickson has not left the minds of the Brits. Remember how she slept with Erickson, remember how she was presenting a show & finally seduced the winner of that show which she hosted.
She has provided a good investigative work for the News of the world

Ulrika..winner?..That makes absolutely no sense..
You tell me how the whole way through the final she got booed n yet still won?
You tell me how she was the bookies least favourite n still won?..
I haven’t a clue, because you can’t sleep around with the earth and then get ratings for it..Awww bless her, her family probably spent thousands ringing those telephone lines to make sure she won.
If thats what you got to do to win..then I guess thats it..

Ulrika, the dullest conestant won with 57% of the vote for three reasons and it has nothing to do with the nonsense suggested above. Firstly, the fact that the other housemates disliked her is irrelevant. When someone is clearly an underdog lots of people sympathise and vote for her, not because she’s their favourite, but because they can’t stand people boasting they’re playing a “game” to win - so they vote aginst them by voting for her. Secondly, it was a lads’ house so loads of people, especially women, probably related to feeling like she clearly did in there. Thirdly, the yahoos who stand outside the house are too busy screaming for their favourites to pick up the phone. The people who bet on verne or Terry or Coolio at the bookies couldn’t be arsed to vote because they just assumed it was foregone conclusion one of those three would win. Add to that the other millions of people, like me, who assumed the same but weren’t going to pick up a phone to waste time and money voting. People phone for two reasons: they absolutely feel passionate about something, or they want to complain. People bothered to vote for her by phone, essentially to whinge about the others. The rest of us, even though glued to the series, simply wanted to see who would win but didn’t feel strongly enough about it either way to be arsed voting. Personally, I wanted to Terry to win but the fact that Ulrika stormed it made me laugh. That’s the genius of the series. In the end you simply can’t predict anything. You think you can but it’s only with hindsight you can see it makes sense. The idea it was a fix is ridiculous. C$ producers were weeping into their audience ratings when Ulrika won. They wanted Verne, or Terry or Coolio to win because they were the most entertaining personalities.

this years big brother was a big fix..that ulrika was booed right from the start and even on the day when she surpposedly won,the crowd was still booeing her,it dont make sence.it clearly aint us the public that decides the winner.the show is becoming less reality each year and more controlled by the programm makers,i will not be watching it again

Well, i’m not sure if anyone else noticed but on the penultimate evening, Ulrika didn’t even get changed into her eviction gear, though all the other final housemates did??? Hmmmm….. I have a funny feeling someone was more in the know than us viewers as too who was going and who would win?!?!!!!!

Surely Channel4/Endemol wouldn’t dare try rigging the phone polls. After last year’s investigations, that would be silly…
Ulrika is one of those good girl/bad celebrity people who flicks between highs and lows in the media. She’s made some bad choices in her male companionship, but she’s never done anything that can’t be counter balanced three months later with a good story. It’s that old adage of “there is no bad publicity” which has enabled her to win.
Although I may have read somewhere about a rumour that Ulrika might have hired a small call centre…

I have sent a youtube audition video to BB10 youtube channel and received over 6000 views. they have sent me a youtube message and spoke with them several days ago to confirm a private audition in London on the 30th. moving forward!!

what a fix come on guys, ive asked countless of people if they liked ulrika and they all wanted either terry or verne to win, what a joke. if she was so popular with the people then why was she booed and terry it seems and verne were the only ones who had people clapping.
channel four just want her carrer revived its obvious someone has been paid money for it.
as i know my sister worked for disney and the kids awards was always fixed they would just lie about the winner and give out awards to who ever turned up and say they won.
so its done. they probably made all the phones engaged except her line to stop people from voting.

Ulrika is up her own bottom and thinks shes better than any 1 else, but she’s not i mean she’s got 4 kids to different men.What that about… i think lil verne should have won he was soo funny and was on the level..
