Self-pity is not the way to win this years Celebrity Big Brother as the biggest complainers are all up for nomination.

LaToya is the only female housemate to escape nomination and Terry Christian the only male.

Michelle, Mutya, Tina and Ulrika are all up for this week’s nomination.
