tom cruise wants to play hero NY pilot

Apparently Tom Cruise wants to play the part of the pilot in a film version of the New York crash landing last week.
He has revealed that he wants to find out whether a film is being planned.
The MI3 star wants to play Chesley Sullenberger who managed to save 155 people by incredibly landing safely in the Hudson River.
