It seems the race row over Carol Thatchers remark is intensifying with her agent suggesting it could be part of a vendetta against her.
Already the comedian Jo Brand, who was appearing on the show that day, has denied that she made the complaint.
The BBC axed Carol Thatcher from the One Show after she refused to apologise for using the term.
Her comments were made after the show and during a private conversation with the host and guests.
Her agent has spoken out saying that she believed that this is a personal campaign against Thatcher. She said that the comment was made in jest in the green room over a drink and no one objected at the time.
Even Tory peer Lord Tebbit has entered the row suggesting the BBC was “taking revenge”.
Whatever the case it seems this row wont go away just yet!
