Writer wanted for Red Bull BC One in New York!

For the first time in its five-year history, the world’s most important one-on-one B-Boy competition will take place on the streets where Hip-Hop began –New York City, USA on 18^th November.

The famed Hammerstein Ballroom will host the highly anticipated battle where sixteen of the globe’s best dancers will compete head-to-head to determine who will be the ONE crowned Red Bull BC One 2009 Champion.

Red Bull Reporter are looking for a young and enthusiastic writer who is willing to join the team out in the USA for this one-night-only competition. If you think you’ve got what it takes to be chosen for this assignment and join the fellow high flying Red Bull Reporters of 2009, show Red Bull what you can do by uploading a written submission at www.redbullreporter.com and tagging it ‘BC One’.

Red Bull Manny Mania Final 2009 – Filmmaker, Photographer and Writer needed

The time has come for the best amateur and professional manual tricksters on Skateboards to battle it out in an attempt to be crowned 2009 Red Bull Manny Mania Champion.

The contest which will take place on 28^th November will have a jam session format to reflect the way skateboarding happens naturally and also to encourage the best tricks. This exciting format will see talented unknowns pitch their skills against some of the country’s best.

Red Bull Reporter would like a Filmmaker, Photographer and a Writer to join them at this event. You will get to watch all the action, meet with the competitors, chat to Red Bull’s Skateboarding whiz Kris Vile and of course, party with Red Bull afterwards…..

Filmmaker and presenter sought for Red Bull Street Style Final 2009

Red Bull Street Style’s rules are easy as 3-2-1: three minutes, two players, and one ball form the battleground, in which control, creativity, and style are the elements – voted by a jury – that crown the winner. Players compete in one-on-one battles held on a special stage, seven meters in diameter, and need to alternate ball possession every 20 seconds while displaying their top tricks to the rhythm of music to impress the judges, beat their rival and move on to the next round.

There will be 16 players in total who will be battling it out in the final on the 21^st November to be crowned Red Bull Street Style Champion 2009. Since the final is returning to the nation’s capital, Red Bull Reporter are looking for a young and keen filmmaker and presenter to report on this exclusive assignment!!
