In last week’s episode of ANTM13, Tyra told the girls their home was too disgusting to stay in, so instead they were swept off to live in Hawaii! After taking a flight upon “Fierce Airlines” the girls were stunned by their tropical Hawaiian home, topped off with a magnificent beach view.
Surfing champion and model Buzzy Kerbox, taught the models how to surf; an essential skill for the week’s challenge, posing on a moving surf board. Mr Jay announced Erin as the winner of the waves, and she picked Nicole and Brittany to share her prize of a breathtaking helicopter ride. However, Erin was disappointed that she hadn’t won anything “tangible”, and this spoilt attitude shocked the others.
Tyra is the photographer at the fashion shoot, where the girls had to portray women of mixed heritage. The majority struggle with the shoot, Erin found Tyra intimidating, and Laura worried about her sunburn but eventually pulls through.
At judging the girls received mixed reviews, except for Nicole who was praised by all. The judges worried that Sundai looks too young, and Erin was criticised for looking overtly commercial. This placed her and Brittany in the bottom two, and it is Brittany who is sent home for being too formulaic.
In Monday’s upcoming episode of ANTM13 the girls are still on location on the beach in Hawaii. For their challenge, they are then taken to a cliff and have to pose while jumping off and trying to look graceful.
