Kara Tointon shares her tips for a great night in with the girls

Whether you are a career queen or a busy mum it can be hard to maintain a social life. Whilst we desperately want to keep up with the girly gossip and catch up with our friends, figuring out how to do it all can often be a struggle to juggle your commitments and fit everything in. It is important to keep a healthy balance and someone who knows all too well about how to manage a busy lifestyle is former Eastender Kara Tointon. She went from normality to overnight sensation when she premiered in the role of Dawn Swann and since her exit has been rushed off her feet.

For Kara, much of her time is spent running to auditions and meetings and trying to squeeze in a catch up with friends. So how does she manage to do it all? And what tips does she have for us busy ladies?
