BREAKING NEWS: JORDAN AND PETER WIN COURT CASE

Katie Price and hubby Peter Andre have just accepted ‘substantial damages’ over a newspaper article portraying them as bad parents.

Speaking outside the High Court in London, the model said: ‘Anyone who has kids can imagine how they would feel to be accused publicly of being bad parents.

'Pete and I love our kids and would do anything for them.

‘We came here today to see that jusice was done and that our names were cleared.’

The News of the World awarded substantial damages and retracted all comments made in the article, which was published back in February.

‘Now that the paper has accepted the story wasn't true, apologised to us, and paid us damages and our costs, we believe the record has been set straight and our names have been cleared,’ added Katie.

The couple plan to give half the money to the NSPCC and the Vision Charity and put the rest in a trust fund for their three children, Junior, Princess Tiaami and Harvey.
