EDITH RISKS HER LIFE TO HAVE A BABY

Radio DJ Edith Bowman is going to put her life at risk in order to have a baby.

Edith is currently pregnant with her boyfriend Editor’s singer Tom Smith’s child.

But the Radio One DJ has discovered she has a heart murmur and cannot have a natural birth.

'The baby wasn't planned­ and Tom (boyfriend Tom Smith from the Editors) and I were both s**t-scared,' says Edith.

'Then I went to my GP and got even more frightened.'

Edith, 33, will be constantly monitored by doctors as she has a Caesarean.

Fifteen per cent of mums dying in childbirth suffered for this problem.

The baby is due in June.
