GUESS WHO WASN'T AT POSH'S BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Victoria Beckham kicked off her birthday celebrations last night with a girlie dinner with her A-list pals.

The Spice Girl, who hits the big 34 today, stepped out with her new BFF Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria – but there was one pal noticeably absent.

Katie Holmes and hubby Tom Cruise missed out on Posh’s celebrations at Beso restaurant in Hollywood, fueling rumours the clique are no longer friends.

The couple famously welcomed the Beckhams with open arms when they first arrived in Los Angeles

But it has recently been reported that Tom doesn’t want his missus hanging out with Posh anymore.

The actor was concerned that Vicky B’s habits were rubbing off on the Dawson’s Creek star and wanted to split the pair up.

Tom was also getting increasingly worried about Katie’s dramatic weight loss – and blames Posh for it.

‘She is very thin largely because she is following Victoria's strict 900-calories-a-day eating plan,’ said a source.

And where were the husbands last night?

David Beckham kindly played taxi driver to the gaggle of girls.
