Britney Spears has sought refuge in the arms of an unlikely source - paparazzo Adnan Ghalib - who it now appears could be married!

The pair were seen holding hands and kissing in Santa Barabara on Sunday.

Meanwhile Britney's parents Jamie and Lynne Spears are reported to be taping a special with TV doctor Phil McGraw today.

But the family are rumoured to have cancelled the TV appearance.

And Britney reportedly refused to speak to Dr Phil when he confronted her in her hospital room

The troubled singer never invited the celebrity therapist to visit and was surprised when he appeared at the Los Angeles' Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on
Saturday.

Britney allegedly walked out of the room when McGraw entered but she is said to have come back later and allowed him to question her for 15 minutes - not an hour as previously claimed by the doctor.

'Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it'll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show,' reveals a source to TMZ.
