So what shocked Margaret in The Apprentice boardroom.

Now we've seen him doing his funny, celebratory dance in front of Frances after coming out of the boardroom.

But we've never seen anything like the reaction he gave when it dawned on him and his team that they had won their greetings card task.

Margaret Mountford was gobsmacked - and Sir Alan gave Michael a dressing down.
