It’s official; a good mental attitude makes for a good sex life. You can try all the Kama Sutra positions in the book but until you bring your fertile brain into play, there’s no doubt your sex life will be lacking.

Sex is always best at the start of a relationship - it’s fresh, exciting and fantasy-fuelled and when you’re not in bed, you’re fantasising about being back in bed! It’s often thought that it’s the new partner that fuels our need for sex, when in actual fact it’s got just as much to do with the mind being focused on doing the deed.
