Cellulite hits nearly 85 per cent of us – even Supermodels.

But we’ve got a three-point plan to help you beat the orange peel look.

EXERCISE MORE:

Women who follow a low-fat diet and do 20 minutes of aerobic exercise weekly lose 5cm from their thighs, according to research.

Nearly three quarters of women also say weight training aimed at their legs improved cellulite in just six weeks.

Exercise boosts circulation, boosts the skin and flattens out those bumpy bits.

Twenty to 30 minutes exercise three to five times a week can help shift the fat that causes cellulite.

Three sessions of cycling, running, dancing, kickboxing or a fitness video will do the power of good. Balance this with resistance or strength work like lunges, squats or step work.

WATCH YOUR DIET:

Cut back on salt which causes water retention, and on fatty and sugary foods. Eat tons of fruit and veg which can mop up the radicals that can damage skin and cause wrinkles and sagging. Potassium-rich foods like carrots, broccoli and watermelon help balance fluid levels and fish, is good for healthy skin.

Drink two litres if water a day to boost circulation and reduce water retention. Cut back on booze and coffee.

BODY BRUSH AND PAMPER

An expensive way is to have endermologie sessions in a salon. But try body brushing to boost the circulation and lymph flow, which can beat the fluid build that swells the fat cells.

It also gets rid of the dead skin on the body surface.

Starting at the feet with a brush made from natural fibres, use long strokes always in the direction of your heart. Do it morning and night before a shower or bath.

Then moisturise.
